Hi, I'm Nicole.

I'm a passionate, curious student of life who was raised to do something that scares me each day and to try everything once. This is likely one of the many reasons I found myself experimenting with many different professional roles, learning many skills, and ultimately branching off on my own to start Pearl Virtual Services.
​
When I was young, my Dad taught and reinforced the idea that the more we know, the more we don't know. This nurtured fertile soil within my soul for curiosity and wonder to take root. This appears in my daily interactions with clients and in simple day to day interactions at the grocery store.
​
I am deeply empathic. I grew up straddling two very different worlds and cultures: the south side of Chicago and a white collar, international, Northshore community. This unique upbringing gifted me with the ability to be a bridgebuilder, adept at understanding and empathizing with many different perspectives.
Listening for and hearing what people are trying to communicate, but may be struggling to articulate and seeing, understanding, and articulating the big picture quickly are a couple of my unique gifts. This is exceptionally useful when serving clients. They feel understood, and I am able to help them connect with their audiences meaningfully, inspiring them to take action.
I have come to learn that it is often about communicating heartfelt messages at the right time in the language of the recipient. It's certainly an art form and a beautiful one, at that.
Discover PVS
Pearl Virtual Services' name was inspired by a few sorts of Pearls:
One is the kind we find in shells, of course. Tied to the ocean and moon, they represent purity and wisdom. I admire their incredible beauty, delicate appearance, and strength. And I love how feminine I feel wearing them.
The other Pearl is the name of my late canine companion. She taught me the importance of being persistent about putting myself in the right room surrounded with excellent people who can help lift up and challenge one another.
Also, I love bubble tea. Those gummy pearls are nothing short of magical.
It was only fitting to take inspiration from pearls of all kinds.
Pearl Virtual Services has afforded me the opportunity to serve others as they grow their impact and income. I think of money as an energy exchange. I believe when our intentions are honest and decent, making great money can be an indication we are providing something of value and that others appreciate it enough to invest. Both parties win.
I also believe that your story, gifts, and vision matter, and the connection it creates with readers matters, too. Story and strategy go hand in hand. People partner with and purchase from people they like, trust and respect, so storytelling is woven into much of what I offer clients. I ask gentle and direct questions accordingly to access and understand the core and foundation of your mission and vision. That way, I can be targeted in translating the language of your soul so that others 'get it.'
I am committed to earning your trust, respect, and business. My clients appreciate that I expect them to earn my trust, respect, and business, too. We will hold each other to a high standard to create the potential to attain excellence together.
Ultimately, our work together and commitment to excellence frees you up to do the things you love that brought you into the business in the first place. All while expanding your presence, purpose, and profit.
Let's Collaborate
Adept at listening, seeing the big picture quickly, understanding multiple viewpoints, and communicating with intent, I have served in a variety of professional roles like English as a Second Language teacher, Spanish teacher, curriculum writer, consultant, account manager, sales representative, caretaker for an elderly woman, and more.
I quickly realized that despite their best efforts, many systems and businesses were not functioning remarkably well. It was clear to me that most were not clear on what they were doing and why within the greater context of the company, society, and the world. Confusion and a lack of clarity around purpose and direction lead to all sorts of inefficiencies.
So when I started PVS, clarity around the what and the why were of utmost importance. I also assist others who may want or benefit from bringing clarity to their what and why so that our work together is purposeful, meaningful, and fruitful.
With gratitude for the learning that came before this moment, I feel fortunate and excited to have been able to venture off and build PVS. It allows me to serve you meaningfully, while embracing learning and growth. With Samwise by my side, this has all been a grand adventure!

*Yes, my dog is named after Samwise Gamgee. He only agreed to the photoshoot because we won a raffle and he received many treats. ;) You'll usually find him romping around the yard, playing with his toys, napping, or running by the ocean with me here on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida.
